GOLF6iX Membership Terms & Conditions
INTRODUCTION *Last Revised April 12, 2024
Where GOLF6iX Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms”) are subject to and made a part of the broader GOLF6iX Terms and conditions, as applicable, and apply to your access to and participation in the GOLF6iX Membership (the “Membership”). You agree and acknowledge that GOLF6iX may process your personal information in connection with your participation in the Membership in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Membership is operated by GOLF6iX. Except as described herein, these Membership Terms do not alter in any way the broader Terms and conditions of any other agreement you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) may have with GOLF6iX for other products and services. To the extent there are conflicts between these Membership Terms and the broader GOLF6iX Terms and Conditions, as applicable, these Membership Terms will control with respect to the Membership.
OVERVIEW OF MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
GOLF6iX Membership consists of Three Types (the “Membership Types”): (1) a Life Time Membership with no expiry date; and (2) Junior High Performance Membership ("Junior HP Membership") with an annual fee where a member must be a minor age between 5 and 17 with golf association membership and/or mini-tour participation (3) GOLF6iX PRO Membership with an annual fee. Each of the Membership Types offers benefits specific to Members meeting the eligibility conditions applicable to the relevant Membership Type.
Purchases
All memberships must be purchased in advance (prior to the online bookings). After payment, membership activation takes up to 24 hours to activate. The exclusive member rate starts AFTER the activation. Please check your emails for the "Membership Activation Confirmation" email.
Member Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Membership, you must (a) be a current resident of Canada; (b) be a natural person at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older); and (c) be a parent/guardian of the minor aged between 5 and 17 for the Junior High-Performance Membership.
Member Obligation
You are obliged to provide correct personal details when you apply for Membership. Failure to do so may invalidate your Membership and any subsequent transactions. Your responsibility to provide accurate information is a continuing obligation and you must notify GOLF6iX promptly in the event that any information provided by you in connection with your Membership changes.
Membership Benefits - GOLF6iX PRO & Junior HP Membership
Members enrolled for the GOLF6iX PRO & Junior HP Membership are eligible for the following benefits, each of which are subject to exceptions as noted:

Exclusive Member Rate
Peak-Season (Nov-Apr): As a member, you will get a member rate of $25/Hour+hst during GOLF6iX's peak-season period. (Regular price $35/hr)
Off-Season (May-Oct): As a member, you will get a member rate of $20/Hour+hst during GOLF6iX's off-season period. (Regular price $25/hr)

Callaway GOLF Discount
Members will receive a discount on Callaway GOLF soft/hard goods. (e.g. Clubs, Demo Clubs, Bags, Balls, gloves, etc.) Discount % varies on each item, if you are interested in purchasing Callaway GOLF, please inquire via email.

Callaway GOLF Complimentary Fitting
When you purchase Callaway with GOLF6iX, you'll receive complimentary Callaway Golf Fitting. Please inquire and book with GOLF6iX.

Members will receive discounts on regular-priced Adidas & GOLF6iX retail goods (e.g. Adidas Shoes, hats, GOLF6iX apparel, etc.) Discount % varies on each item, if you are interested in purchasing Adidas & GOLF6iX retail goods, please inquire via email.

Any 'Benefits' that were not used within the timeframe of the Membership (one year) WILL NOT be carried over into the following year, they will expire.
Membership Benefits - Life Time Membership
Life Time membership is discontinued - valid for members purchased before January 15th, 2023.

Membership and Use
GOLF6iX Memberships are fee-based membership program that provides its members with exclusive benefits (hereinafter called "Benefits"). Your membership and Benefits are provided for the exclusive use of you, as the Member, and are non-transferable. GOLF6iX members are entitled to unlimited practice and play. All bookings must be made online, www.golf6ix.com
All online bookings are subject to availability and members' ability to time manage and book needed time ahead of the booking period. All Benefits are subject to availability and are subject to other benefit-specific terms and conditions where applicable. GOLF6iX reserves the right to substitute or limit their availability, at any time.
Membership Duration
The duration of Membership depends upon what type of member you are:
1. Life Time Membership never expires and commences on the day following receipt of the membership fee.
2. GOLF6iX PRO, and Junior High Performance membership expires after one year and commences on the day following receipt of the membership fee.
Cancellation Period
All Memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE after 10 Days, based on the Ontario's Cooling-Off Period.
Termination
GOLF6iX has the right to terminate the Benefits and your membership at any time for any reason. If your membership is terminated for violating any of the program rules, you will not be eligible for a refund of your Membership Fee. As a GOLF6iX Member, you are responsible for all activities performed under your GOLF6iX membership. Moreover, GOLF6iX has the right to terminate this Agreement if it is determined that you provided an invalid billing device at the time you enrolled. An invalid billing device may include a lost or stolen card; a card that is not billable (a closed account or an account over its spending limit, for example); and invalid account numbers.
You have the right to cancel your Membership until the end of fifteen (10) days after the day on which we accept your Membership Fee (“Cancellation Period”) and we would ask that you inform us of your decision in writing. If you cancel your Membership within the Cancellation Period, you will be reimbursed for your Membership Fee, less deductions for the Services we have performed up until you informed us of your decision to cancel.
Communications
You hereby authorize GOLF6iX to deliver any and all communications (“Communications”), including but not limited to membership information, changes in Benefits, changes in Membership fees, changes in applicable terms and conditions, and offers from GOLF6iX or program participating vendors or partners to your electronic mail address at GOLF6iX’s discretion. You must notify GOLF6iX of any change to your electronic mail address, and/or billing device. You agree that notification via your electronic mail address, or posting on the GOLF6iX official website and/or on the membership page will be sufficient notice of any changes in Benefits, changes in Membership fees, and/or changes in applicable terms and conditions of membership or the Benefits.
Release
The MEMBERS assume all risks incidental to participating in golf activities including but not limited to play and practice, whether such activity is held inside or outside GOLF6iX. The member releases GOLF6iX from all liability and represents that the member is in good health and has no special physical needs or limitations unless otherwise disclosed to GOLF6iX.
Liability
GOLF6iX will not be liable for delays or failure in performance under this membership agreement caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, the act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. GOLF6iX reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify GOLF6iX Membership fees, benefits, rules, regulations, amenities, and special offers, membership terms and conditions, or terminate GOLF6iX at any time and without notice. GOLF6iX, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners. Taxes and fees related to the Benefits are the responsibility of the members. GOLF6iX shall not be liable for losses, loss of goods or stolen equipment, and any other personal effects forgotten or left in the facility.
Changes; Modifications
GOLF6iX may change, modify, limit, and/or eliminate the Membership and Benefits and/or all or any portion of these Membership Terms or any policy pertaining to the Membership from time to time and at its discretion, including the following: (a) the benefits offered to each Membership types; (b) the requirements for membership within each Membership Types; (c) the number of Membership Types available; (d) the manner in which benefits are offered; (e) the eligibility criteria; and (f) any dates, timelines or time periods relevant to these Membership Terms.
Should we make such an amendment, we will post the changes to the Membership Terms as required by applicable law and will indicate the date the Membership was last revised. We encourage you to review our website for updates.
