GOLF6iX Monthly Pass & 60 Day Summer Pass Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION                                                                               *Last Revised July 2nd, 2024

Where GOLF6iX Monthly & 60 Day Pass Terms and Conditions (“Pass Terms”) are subject to and made a part of the broader GOLF6iX Terms and conditions, as applicable, and apply to your access to and participation in the GOLF6iX Monthly & 60 Day Pass (the “Monthly & 60 Day Pass”). You agree and acknowledge that GOLF6iX may process your personal information in connection with your participation in the Monthly & 60 Day Pass in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Monthly & 60 Day Pass is operated by GOLF6iX. Except as described herein, these Pass Terms do not alter in any way the broader Terms and conditions of any other agreement you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) may have with GOLF6iX for other products and services. To the extent there are conflicts between these Pass Terms and the broader GOLF6iX Terms and Conditions, as applicable, these Pass Terms will control with respect to the Monthly and 60 Day Passes.

OVERVIEW OF MONTHLY & 60 DAY PASS PROGRAM

At GOLF6iX, we offer monthly passes to provide our valued golfers with unlimited visits for 1 month to receive the 1 hour per day indoor golf simulator usage.  Special Summer 60 Day pass is valid for 60 days with a special price.

To ensure a positive experience for all members and guests, we have established the following restrictions and policies regarding the use of monthly and 60 Day passes:

Monthly Pass Program

​

  • Available for Members ($250/month), Non-members ($320/month) *tax is not included

  • 1-month Pass

  • Unlimited Visits for 1 Month (1 Hour per day)

  • Additional hours can be added with an hourly rate charge (members will get member rate charged)

  • Valid for one month

  • Available for OFF-SEASON only (May to Oct)

  • 3-Day Advance Booking (Members & Non-Members)

  • Last day to purchase this pass is on Oct 1st.

60 Day Pass Program

​

  • Available for Members ($400/60 Days), Non-members ($550/60 Days) *tax is not included

  • 60 Day Pass (available only during summer for sale from June 20th to July 23rd)

  • Unlimited Visits for 60 Days (1 Hour per day)

  • Additional hours can be added with an hourly rate charge (members will get member rate charged)

  • Valid for 60 Days

  • 3-Day Advance Booking (Members & Non-Members)

  • Last day to purchase this pass is on July 23rd.

Usage Restrictions

  • Monthly passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name is registered with the pass.

  • Passholders are entitled to unlimited visits for 1 month with 1 hour per day session, Additional sessions may be subject to hourly rate charge.  (Members will be charged according to member rate and Non-members will be charged according the regular rate)

  • 1 hour per day is strictly for within the timeframe of each day and WILL NOT be carried over into the next day.  1 hour will expire for each day.

Booking Policy

  • Passholders are required to use 3 day advance booking benefits to book sessions online. Availability is first come first serve so book in advance to ensure availability.

  • If you book more than 1 hours, your extra mins or hours will get charged separately after your session OR you can contact us info@golf6ix.com to book your additional hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • No-Show Penalty: Passholders are expected to cancel any booked sessions that they cannot attend at least 24 hours in advance. Please email at info@golf6ix.com OR call us at 905-597-4659

    • Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in penalty to pay for the regular hourly rate.

  • Passholders who frequently miss or cancel sessions without proper notice may be subject to additional restrictions or penalties at the discretion of management.

 

Facility Rules and Conduct

  • Passholders are expected to adhere to GOLF6iX Terms and Conditions, including dress code, code of conduct, and safety guidelines.

  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by our staff may result in the revocation of pass privileges without refund.

 

Pass Expiration and Renewal

  • Monthly & 60 Day passes are valid for the duration specified in the pass agreement and expire at the end of the designated period.

  • Passholders may renew their monthly passes in advance of the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted access to GOLF6iX.

 

Modification of Terms:

  • GOLF6iX reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of monthly passes at any time. Passholders will be notified of any changes in advance.

 

By purchasing and using a monthly pass at GOLF6iX, passholders agree to abide by the above restrictions and policies. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a positive and enjoyable environment for all members and guests.
